Our 96” Blanchard grinder has the capacity to flat grind plate as large as 120” across corners while ensuring flatness and parallelism.
Common Applications: Tooling and die components, Mold bases, inserts, Precision plates, shims, and wear surfaces. Critical mating parts and hardened steel finishing. With our full in-house grinding capabilities, we guarantee performance, reliability, and repeatability for your most complex tool & die projects.
